At 8x18.8x13.3 inches (HWD), the Prospect Pro205 is small enough to fit on many desktops. When fully extended, the paper feed and paper-output tray add only another few inches. The high-impact plastic construction feels solid, though the automatic document feeder (ADF) tray could be better designed. (Once detached, it was tricky to fit the tray back into place.) The black and silver-metallic styling give the printer a utilitarian appearance suitable for a business. One place Lexmark obviously trimmed the cost is with the LCD screen on the control panel. The 2.4-inch color LCD of Prospect Pro205 is sufficient for the job.
