OEM Cartridge. OEM stands for the Original Equipment Manufacturer. If you own a Brother printer for instance, then the OEM cartridge is manufactured by Brother.
Compatible Cartridge. A compatible toner cartridge is made by a third party manufacturer and is made up of all new compatible parts. It has a similar quality to an OEM cartridge, but the price is much cheaper than the OEMs.
Remanufactured Cartridge. A remanufactured cartridge is when a third party manufacturer recycles an original OEM cartridge, disassembles it, tests and replaces any worn parts, fills it with ink or toner, and re-assembles.
Compatible and remanufactured cartridges will print at least the same page yield than the OEMs, and backed by our 1 year Guarantee.

This product is a good value. It works well.
*IF YOU STILL GET DRUM LIFE END MESSAGES:* Try this: open your toner/drum replacement cover of your printer; With it open; press the "clear" key on your panel; you should be prompted for "new drum?"; select yes. Drum works fine for me. Happy with product. Will see how it works a few thousand pages later.
I really should reach out to 123inkcartridges.ca but i've had issues with their customer service related to my last order, that i think it would be futile. this is unfortunate, as i had no issues on the first half dozen orders or so. the drum unit i received is defective in that one area of the drum is marked so everything that prints on this 2 cm wide path, comes out faded on the page.
Im not happy, my printer still send me message to change my drum and ilts not working, even if its a new one!!
Le voyant lumineux de mon imprimante indique un problème avec le tambour mais je peux imprimer sans problème.
Functions exactly as a drum is supposed to function.
It doesn't seem to last long - my printer keeps indicating that we need to replace the drum, but we had recently replaced the original which lasted for a a few years with the one we purchased from your company several months ago - our printer still keeps printing but the message to replace the drum remains. How many pages is this drum supposed to be good for? Julie Taub, Ottawa, Immigration lawyer
I have bought two of these and both times, the ink was so faint, that it was practically useless. I wonder if they are reconditioned ones. I did tip them back and forth and moved the green tab several times. I feel I got nothing for my money - very disappointing.
Have just installed it. Seems to be a slightly tighter fit than the Brother original. The printer has started printing a dark band down one side of the paper; not sure whether compatible products have had any effect on this.
The drums create some problems at the beginning of use: the printer will still indicate to change the drum (I told the staff to ignore the warning) ; I was told that there are some printing problems - you send to the printer a document and is partially printed. It happened few times than everything was fine. The last one that I bought it is still in stock. All good so far :-).
it is good products, GOOD PRICE! we use it for our office, familly I don't like HP products, we bought 2 machine(multy function) from Costco with cheap price, but, any color Ink sinished, you have to buy that color Ink with high price! they sale the machine to you as a fishhook, then you have to pay times more to buy thire ink!!! But , thier over clever killed them self: we through the machine into garbage, NEVER TUCH ANY HP PRODUCTS ANY MORE!
