We will refund or replace your product for ONE FULL YEAR – Risk-Free, with the following restrictions:

  • In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned ink product must be returned at least 70% full. We have a test department, they use the technical equipment to test your product. Once the returned product is less than 70%, no refund.
  • If you have purchased a media product (CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW), all returns must be in unopened, undamaged – original packaging.
  • Customers that have ordered an incorrect product, can only return the item within 3 months from the date of the purchase and it must be unopened and unused. If you are returning (non defective goods/incorrect ordered items placed by you) goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost.
  • If an item is returned for a refund you will be refunded for the amount of the items less the shipping costs, EVEN IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE. We do not refund shipping costs seeing that we provide with a pre paid label for the return and we do not charge restocking fees.
  • Please use Canada Post Regular mail to return your product. Upgraded shipping charges on the original order are not refundable.
  • A lost order is an order where the tracking information says only that the billing info has been received by the carrier. When an order is lost by Canada Post, we will report this claim to Canada Post. We have to follow up on this claim until we get the feedback from Canada Post or someone gets the package. Please be patient, normally, it takes 5-10 business days for investigation. After 5-10 business days, if the package doesn’t appear, a replacement order or a refund can be done and the claim number put in the replacement order.
  • When an order is delivered to a wrong address the same will be done. However, when an order sent shows delivered or signed and it’s the right address, the main reason why the customer hasn’t gotten it, is probably that it was stolen. In that case, there’s no claim to be done and we cannot do anything about it. No order will be replaced.

Unlike many other Internet companies there are no hidden costs or hurdles to getting a refund:

  • We don’t make you pay to ship cartridge back to us
  • We don’t deduct the cost of “free shipping” from the amount of refund you can get
  • We don’t make you keep the receipt to get a refund
