In order for us to process your return efficiently, you must obtain a Return Authorization (“RA”) before sending anything back. To request a RA, simply submit your request by our online customers inquiry form (Click here), or call us by our tollfree number 1-866-979-7463 (Est time 10AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday).
Along with your RA, you will be issued a FREE pre-paid postage label for sending back your cartridges.
Please be sure to use your free pre-paid mailing label. In order to keep our prices low, we have automated our processes. Not using the pre-paid return label it will delay the processing of your refund or replacement considerably.
It is our policy that all returned cartridges must be at least seventy (70%) percent filled. We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire cartridge and then sent it back asking for a refund. We have a test department, they use the technical equipment to test your product. Once the returned product is less than 70%, no refund.
Also all non-defective products must be returned within 3 months from the date of the purchase and it must be unopened and unused. If you are returning (non defective goods/incorrect ordered items placed by you) goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost.
If an item is returned for a refund you will be refunded for the amount of the items less the shipping costs, EVEN IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE. We do not refund shipping costs seeing that we provide with a pre paid label for the return and we do not charge restocking fees.
Please use Canada Post Regular mail to return your product. Upgraded shipping charges on the original order are not refundable.
A lost order is an order where the tracking information says only that the billing info has been received by the carrier. When an order is lost by Canada Post, we will report this claim to Canada Post. We have to follow up on this claim until we get the feedback from Canada Post or someone gets the package. Please be patient, normally, it takes 5-10 business days for investigation. After 5-10 business days, if the package doesn’t appear, a replacement order or a refund can be done and the claim number put in the replacement order.
When an order is delivered to a wrong address the same will be done. However, when an order sent shows delivered or signed and it’s the right address, the main reason why the customer hasn’t gotten it, is probably that it was stolen. In that case, there’s no claim to be done and we cannot do anything about it. No order will be replaced.
Because some of our customers have requested new products without returning their defective merchandise, we are unable to ship or make refunds/credits until we receive the products being returned. If you need a replacement product right away, we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
